Analytical report on existing legislation and regulations bases in three countries concerning Emerald Networks, their comparative analysis and identified gaps.

Activity 2.1. Description of existing legislation and regulations base on Emerald Network in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova;

The Interecocentre, EcoContact and Bahna, as Partners, performed desk research of the current existing legal framework in management of the ecological network. The result consisted in an in-depth analysis of the current Laws, Bylaws and other legal acts available in the Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. Based on the research an event was organized and main results shared between partners.

Activity 2.2. Comparative analysis of existing legislation and regulations bases in three countries, identification of gaps and preparation of the analytical report.

The Interecocentre, EcoContact and Bahna, prepared the research of its available legal framework a comparative analysis was developed for Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus country separately identifying the main gaps in three-country legislation as well the preliminary main recommendations for policy improvement drafted.

Activity 2.3. Discussion of the analytical report at the workshop for three countries with participation of a representative from Romania.

On 12.08.2021 have been organized the workshop had been discussed the analytical reports developed under Activity 2.1 and 2.2. At the event participated representatives of all three partner organizations, experts and researchers in the field.
